If your home contemplating ordering att uverse you might want to to think about alternatives ; unless you appreciate choppy service plus infinite hold times to speak with a rep on the telephone.

You probably read a multitude of glowing u-verse reviews so I’m relaying my version. I am really amazed at how many who were giving positive reviews. I’m complaining because I was sitting idle forever to speak with a human being because the first bill I ever received was a disconnect notice and a amount due of $315. After being transferred to several fools, I was finally passed to a person who advised she could make an adjustment on the bill. After 20 mins on hold, I was told that the original person I fought with could only make an adjustment. So, that was basically waste of a long call that changed absolutely nothing since the other office closed while I was holding.

In addition to that horrible time, I’ve had a bafoon come to my house 16 times for the terrible service. Nothing has been fixed.

The only reasonI chose them is because the channel choices has some possibilities and it costs below the competition. But in all honesty, I wouldn’t recommend attuverse to you.
